I began a career in the housing industry in my own cleaning business in the eighties in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
I began a real estate career in 2002 while living in Sevierville, Tennessee.
I'm honest and straight forward type of real estate broker.

I practiced real estate 24/7 from 2002 until 2018 and did not miss a beat.
I served our community by working as a CDPE, Short Sale Specialist during the market crash of 2008-2015.
I sold a few homes in both states from 2020-2024. From 2024 -2026, My licenses were in referral status. I needed this time to set up a non-profit charitable ministry and to recover from some enormousfamily losses.
2026, I made the decision to rebound in real estate.
