Testimonials

I absolutely would recommend using Nancy Grinstead for all your realtor needs. She tracked down the sellers and controlled all negotiations and contracts making this an easy transition. She was paramount in making this deal a reality.

I had a great experience with the agency, as well as with the agent.. I found Nancy Grinstead, very knowledgeable, very honest and always looking out for my interest. She knew how to guide me as to how to market my property, helped with pricing with photography and decoration. She kept me informed throughout the process and was always available to answer my questions. She found a buyer for me and negotiated with him successfully advising me all along. I could not have asked for a better agent.
